Float is the source of truth for who should be working — this compares it against Scoro to catch drift between the two.

"Not in Float" = a freelancer has a Scoro task or logged time, but no matching Float schedule entry covers that date/project.

"No Scoro task" = a freelancer is scheduled in Float on a project, and already has a Scoro account, but has no matching task assigned in Scoro for it.

"Not in Scoro" (shown in a stronger red) = a freelancer is scheduled in Float but has no Scoro account at all yet — these have an "Add to Scoro" button.

People are matched between the two systems by name (Float doesn't reliably have emails on file for contractors) — matches aren't always exact, so treat each row as a lead to check, not a certainty.

If a row is wrong or not worth acting on, use "Dismiss" — it's remembered across refreshes so it won't keep reappearing, and can be undone from the "Dismissed" tab.

Only checks the last 60 days and next 30 days — this is a live compliance check, not a historical audit.

Data refreshes daily at 8am UK time, or any time via "Refresh now".
